We are thrilled to announce that Stages at One Washington will be holding a Throwback Brewery themed dinner on August 12th at 6pm.  Stages at One Washington is a relatively new endeavor from the acclaimed local Chef Evan Hennessey (who was formerly Executive Chef of 43 Degrees North and The Dunaway Restaurant.)  Stages is very cool because it is truly unlike any restaurant here on the Seacoast. Dinners are only offered at specific times on specific days and attendance is by reservation only. Each dinner is basically a new “concept”, complete with a unique menu, theme, and décor.

The August 12th theme will be Throwback Brewery!  As a result, you can expect to see Throwback pictures, growlers, etc. used to decorate the dining room.  Given our dedication and mission to using local ingredients and working with local farms, the overall idea behind the dinner will be to celebrate our local philosophy and our locally-inspired beer.

One of the most exciting things about this evening for me is that it will be much more than just a typical beer dinner.  Evan and team create stunningly beautiful dishes that they craft with upmost care.  (As you can probably tell from the few pictures at the top of this post.) What: 5 amazing courses, each paired with a Throwback Brewery beer.  Note – when the menu is confirmed I will update this post.  Having sat down with Evan and team, I can assure you it will be tasty and fun!
Pricing: $95, which includes tax and tip, plus bottled water and coffee service.
