Oma’s Tribute

Oma’s Tribute is a light, crisp Schwarzbier that has a rich, dark brown color with beautiful red undertones.  This beer is supremely smooth and easy to drink, with a slight roasty taste and very little hop bitterness. For you lighter beer fans, don’t let this beer’s dark color fool you!  Oma’s Tribute is very crisp and clean, with a light mouthfeel.

The numbers: 4.9% Alcohol by Volume.  30 IBU

Pairing: We like this beer so much that we drink it with pretty much everything .  But the roasty flavors in this beer tend to play well with grilled, roasted, or blackened meats and veggies. It also pairs well with chocolate.

Local ingredients include:Pilsen malt grown organically at Lake Shore Farms & malted by Valley Malt in Hadley, MA.
