Local NH Chipotles (Scratch and Sniff)

Now that it is the New Year, it is time to kick off the Unafraid of the Dark II series!

First beer up – Chipotle Porter.

This is a beer that Annette and I used to love home brewing years ago, and we are very excited to finally have brewed it on a larger scale!  Those of you familiar with our mission shouldn’t be surprised to hear the the porter is brewed with local chipotles. We made the chipotles by smoking and then drying some plump and gorgeous jalapenos from New Roots Farm.
